I am really sorry, but I couldn't find any legal information about this organization
I really doubt there would be any organization, because OG's tax scam would be discovered earlier.
He receives personal investments, calls them "donations" so there is no tax, uses those investments to buy equipment to make a profit, then passes on the profit to the investors as dividends, which he also calls "donations" so there is no tax. You must invest (or offer free services like advertising) to get the dividends. "Donations" are just a word he introduced to scam the system.
It's time we compared notes. OG has posted a picture of his row house with the solar panels, so it will be trivial to find his physical address once we know his general location. He has been interviewed by a reporter about what he is doing (honorable by going green, dishonorable by not paying taxes) and he has posted he has at least 500 victims that invested about 800+ btc.
I like how he bragged he bought a pedal generator with some of the money. Yes, if the power goes down for an extended period and batteries run dry , OG will hop on the bike
to keep profits flowing, and NOT to keep his fridge running.

Then there is bitcointalk, presumably a legit organization, that has been paying OG 0.5btc a month to safeguard a number since 2013. (Currently, that is $37 per working hour.) I doubt he has paid taxes on anything, and that can be proven by following the coin to the exchanges when he withdrew. The IRS can easily get his KYC.
Let the IRS take him down - they will do their own investigations, and they are very good at it. I don't care if he is exposed in a recently-edited thread calling me a liar.
