3) it's wise to do better research even if the IEO is launching on binance ,don't just invest because the IEO is from popular Exchanges because what the project is introducing might not even make lotta sense
Binance started it and the idea is spreading all over the exchanges. And now other exchange are starting to offer it and the market is becoming competitive with IEOs. Whether they are on reliable and known exchange still be diligent.
