I guess that $10 is enough to buy much amount of the coin with a low price because he can get various coins without spending more money.
But he cannot hope that from $10, he can make $10,000 when the bull market comes except the coins can increase for more than 10,000%
I suggest him to buy dogecoin and hold it for more than 1 year from now on and don't use the dogecoin for anything.
