not correct.
only a couple of countries have actually rejected bitcoin and some of them gone as far as banning its usage and ownage. but the rest of the world have no problem with bitcoin so far although only a couple of them have gone as far as accepting it as a "legal way of payment" but the rest that didn't make it "official" have different laws that in other ways make it legitimate payment.
