For some weird reason, the image blurs-out the brand of the ATMs, and in the process half of the ATM itself (I guess they do that while not proven guilty  ).

The white ATM seems to have a camera or something like it in the top enter of the screen. I can’t make it out on the black ATM, but there is a circle on your image on the top of the screen thar resembles a cam.

Edit:

- The left hand side ATM may have a QR reader/cam. I found their website: https://www.btcfacil.com/es/atme01 (costs 10K + VAT), and this video shows a cam image on the ATM's screen (https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=39&v=lPQiyv-HpjU -> around 32 seconds into the video).
