Just started using it but the count is not really 3 views per ip because sent 57 views and counted 22.. CPM is okay but if it pays only for 1 view then i think you need to have a bit high cpm or allow more visits.
Actually it does count 3 views / ip, but I have to remind you that proxy / VPN visits are not counted (or any kind of bots or other related tricks). Also, visit must be completed (wait for all timers and skip interstitial page). You maybe sent 57 visits, but that doesn't mean all your visits were valid.
I do know how it works that is why i made the comment. Our script only counts the visit when the user have done the whole process of shortlink then only it gets count. And our script itself blocks the bots, vpn, proxy visits And as well blocks users who are using any kind of link bypass as well. i have put your shortener on 1 view and the count is getting 98% correct so i am not really sure what to say.
You can test it anytime, all you have to do is to generate a short URL from your account and visit it by yourself several times, to see by yourself how many times it is counted (we don't allow abusive self clicks, but for testing purpoase, you can click your own links). As I said, there are counted 3 views / IP, as long as those views are valid (no bots, vpn, proxy, bypass or other similar tricks).
