Every day I go to bed to sleep but I can not sleep, I have to worry during the night.
I also remember all the annoying things when I decide to sleep.

the best way to take sleep is before sleeping you need to hear some good song that can give good feel in your mind mostly you need to to hear melodious song then only the sleep will get into you and give good sleep and you feel better.
