Re: What keeps you awake late night ?

Maybe good movie or book that is too interesting to miss/let go that night. But lack of sleep is not good for health. I try to keep strict sleeping time because it will become a habit and our body clock will get used to it. I also find it will be easier to sleep at night when I do exercise during the day.
