I really don't remember about that post But you also considered this things that I was created my account 3 september 2017 and the post you showed here was 16 September 2017 just after 13 days after my account creation. So I was newbie at that time and not aware about it. Well I accept this that it was wrong. Well I don't think so it could make me to deserve for permaban.
Unfortunately there is no way around this as you really went against the rules. You should have read them before making your first post to avoid getting caught on the wrong side.
