Now that it is officially confirmed, be a man and update the title.
Unfortunately we will not let you in to our program as you have violated one of main terms. But atleast be brave and admit being wrong.

Or if anyone from bitcointalk read this, please bring this topic down or atleast update it as it is now officialy proved that he was wrong and that Bits-Pays is still Legit and paying to everyone.
