The rate is low for pop up ads but they are actually paying. Current CPM is around 5K satoshi / 1000 impression. Hope they will increase the rates in the future. For URL Shortener sites.
pops rate is equal to $0.17 per cpm at the moment and its not low just medium rate.but soon we will double it just waiting for advertisers approval.
