Success by definition is being able to set a goal and achieve it. Even if the money was obtained from fraudulent schemes and/or activities, it still considered a success if making money was their intention or the set goal in the first place regardless what course of action they take. Don't get me wrong, I don't strongly condemn those kinds of people and acts. They may have succeeded in getting rich by taking advantage of other people, but they will eventually get punished for their wrongful doings.
