If I remember correctly, sometimes, though it completely depends on the offense(idk about plagiarism), sometimes the admins give chances to certain users if these certain users has contributed decently to bitcointalk, may it be through good writing pieces, helpfulness on the newbies, constructive opinions, and such. But taking a look at your main account's last 3 page replies, 99% is just bounty spam. Sooo.. yea. You're chances are slim to none.
I tried to help the forum with what I could. Maybe I did and may not much. I for example did a reaudit for free. You can find it on the form in the Russian branch.
