In my opinion, the government plays a very important role in the development of Bitcoin in a country. For example, a government announces that it will accept Bitcoin in that country, so I'm sure the development of Bitcoin in that country will be very fast!

It is definitely, if government announces it that bitcoin is legal in our country then no doubt, in a short time, bitcoin price will be increased more than our imagination. But behind the reason, most of the countries where bitcoin is illegal or ban, the reason their governments not like bitcoin, and they know that if they announces bitcoin in government level then they can't control bitcoin price.
