You have no idea what you are speaking of. Legalization means government involvement. That immediately brings in a lot of problem. With governments trying to censor everything bitcoin is not far from their reach. They are trying their best to cull the crypto community and they are not willing to let average tax-paying citizens to get involved. If your statement would become true then 99% of crypto users would be persecuted for possessing digital assets which are being used for criminal purpose - or at least thats what the court of US thinks on crypto.
You get my point? Government involvement is taken to be a bearish sentiment by the community.
