Not only do I pay my taxes, but I only claim the gains. I have significant losses stemming from all the activity I’ve done while BTC was much higher that I could claim. I believe if I am audited I will receive a refund, but we will see. Thinking I haven’t paid six figures in taxes for crypto related income would be a mistake, and if Vod files the form to receive a reward with the current information he is claiming, I believe he will be charged with perjury. He also posted the wrong information about his anonymous form and receiving a reward, so I don’t believe he’s even spoken with a professional and is lying about that too.

I think Vod’s behavior is damaging to innovation and I think it should be crystal clear now he is an enemy to bitcointalk users. Dangerous speculation with reporting to authorities could cause headaches for any of us. Is this really going to be the new thing here? Are we as a community going to stand for this type of behavior?

If you still trust Vod at this point, take a long look in the mirror.



I actually agree. The jealousy I’ve encountered for holding that position alone has been so toxic, I would welcome others joining me in that responsibility at this point. It would feel like a target has been taken off my back.
