The team looks inconsistent in making their decisions just spread promises unwittingly their decisions can have a negative impact
If this continues, it certainly will not be good because the team can lose the trust of the community, but I hope the team can be aware of that and who will immediately conduct a self evaluation
I can't see how they try to restore the current conditions because they have wasted a lot of time
