I was big time believer of NEO after ethereum i thought NEO will be the platform will largely used for smart contract creation . As like some of the projects use NEO platform like Ontology became huge hit even though Neo is under rated or still trading under 10$ what is the reason behind this.

It's not underrated but it has lost its rated due to the bad development progress that created by NEO foundation and look at the fact how so many project buiilds in NEO has been massively moving their platform towards another smartcontract platform. Another dump will come for NEO and this will be back into the medium or even shitty coin. Sell your NEO before its too late.
I have warned everyone about this. NEO comes to its end.

Is there any reason behind that I have myself invested on neo also I recommended my friends to buy NEO . Even I feel same I think its better to sell some of my holdings.

NEO project is really attract the many investors so still all are holding the coin. But If you feel it will never move to forward in future it is your expectation. This month is good to raise all the crypto so wait and see this month or your wish. I think end of the year many altcoins are growing well so end of the year some positive update is possible.
