Sidebar: If I believe somebody is evading taxes, and I report them and it turns out that I was wrong I'd get arrested for perjury over there? Or are you referring to some other parts of this.. thread/thing/whatever is going on?
Depending on what form you file, yes. Vod claimed he was going to get a reward which means hed have to file a form and sign under penalty of perjury that the information hes providing is accurate. Since it is nothing but provable lies, he would most definitely be charged. If he spoke to a professional like he claims, hed know this.
