Shouldn't that be a reason for a 7 day ban? It seems like a "minor" thing compared to others who didn't get banned.

(of many) plagiarised posts, permanent ban on OP is appropriate and justifiable
perhaps in the beginning only a few spam posts of OP was reported by someone
then after thoroughly checking all OP's post, the reporter found a plagiarised one and reported it last
that could be the reason why I'm seeing these recent entries on modlog page quoted below
