Yes, he's not forced but there's no way to avoid it if his account was created just before the release of the new version.
I don't know where dimon got that 10k satoshi reward but afaik you can't claim satoshis from their faucet anymore and their new faucet now gives out Bitsler tokens.
Agreed, even if you can claim, it does not give that much anymore since BTSLR coming out. May be he is misseen this BTSLR as satoshi, because it is on what Ilsidur posted picture there is BTSLR logo there we can claim 15k of BTSLR coin there and in the mean time it does not worth on any satoshi I believe
