It's a phrase that is impossible to argue with. Following exactly this logic I bought one ticket in the freebitco.in's Golden Ticket lottery to have a chance of winning a Lamborghini Huracan LP 580-2 or $200,000 in BTC in lieu of the car. 172 days left till the lottery draw, and my win chances are already extremely slim:



But since the price of one ticket is 0.00025 BTC, I don't regret buying it. I can afford losing $1.79(as of now) so it will not be the end of the world if I won't win. What I wouldn't advise doing is buying more tickets for increasing your chances with the money you can't afford to lose. Apart from that, buying lottery tickets is okay in my opinion.
