I think not, fiat money will never be replaced by bitcoin.
because it is the tool we use for the current exchange, bitcoin is more suitable for the investment tool.
I agree with what you convey with that all fiat currencies cannot replace paper currency directly. Problems of legality and introduction to society are very difficult and are likely to adopt an economic system used by the crypto currency itself
