I think he hast started some months ago, when it was at $3500, after that the price only moves one way, so, we can be sure we are on the run but the question now is how up it will go now? Make your predictions guys. 
I dont think it started months ago, for me I believed it started when the price crossed the 200 day moving average. This is major indicator even for forex and stocks. I think it happend first week of April. Although i still think we need further price corrections to around 5800
