Not until we start seeing crypto scammers get arrested for real many new investors won't join,I have friends that won't join crypto because of scammers running away with ICO funds forever ,no way to arrest them and get the funds out of them,the few news I read about getting some scammers is not enough ,the more there is an effective way the less scammers will harm crypto
Yes, this is why we need regulatory measures in the crypto world because the industry is full of scammers and they just run away with ICO funds. I think once these regulations are put in place, ICO investors will be in safe hands.
ICO could be in safe hands only if we get the system regulated. But again, those who are making some big money might not love the idea of getting the system under the influence of a regulating authority. I think that IEO has covered the flaws in the ICO and now investors face the least risk when they participate in an IEO.
