Hi Guys, am I to late to do the swap now?

I have 1M tittiecoin in my good old wallet.dat... if not how can I swap?

There is a guy with the username @bitcoinicon on telegram assuming he can do the swap by sending the wallet.dat to him. I need some assurance before I do that!
