Only payment methods are bank transfer or crypto through CoinPayments which are both irreversible methods of payment, wouldn't trust it. The EURid Whois lookup I performed for this site also shows it was registered just about 10 days ago on the 3rd of April 2019. This is almost certainly a scam site, wouldn't touch this with a ten foot pole.
