I happened to watch a really good documentary last night: Paris is Burning.
It's from the early nineties and is about drag queens in NYC in the late 80s. I'm a fully straight male and found it really captivating.

I just thought it was an interesting, yet overlooked tiny period of time in American history. And as tiny as it was, it gave rise to a lot of pop culture, influencing Madonna and many others.
Either way, super interesting documentary... If you're comfortable with your sexuality, you should be able to at least find it quasi-interesting as well...
