Since the ICO has ended, I think you can buy the tokens once the exchange has been already released and published, but it seems its still a long time to go.
The admins in their telegram group have responded on when the exchange will be publish. He said that the announcements will be made in the upcoming weeks. So we just have to keep on waiting I guess sinced this is the only way we can do for now aside from promotions.
