Yes, this is true. They debt just £9,900 (around $12,787). I read this news on Coindesk:

This is really bad news for those airdrops holders, LBX is not a scam because they did not push through with their crowd sales, but I'm still wondering what are we going to do with their token if they do not have plans at all to their token, this is another shitcoin to my growing number of shitcoins to my wallet and I'm frustrated it comes from a project where I have high hopes.
