Did you write everything posted here? If so the only way Belal had access to it and copied you is if you posted that somewhere online.If you really wrote all that and published it then post some proof, tell us where exactly you posted it and when.
If you copied that text from somewhere else then it's still plagiarism, even if you didn't copy directly from the forum.
