To be honest I just watch youtube all day then i understand english then I watched english movies and etc but you can take a online course so that would easy for you.
Instead of watching its more appropriate to read English books with sounds so you can actually practice and might learn it in proper way
The if you dont understand something use google to find the right meaning,just learn one word a day after a year you already learned 365 words which enough to talk with someone using English
