Can not change the tx fee(default 0.0001BTC) with cold wallet(on hot wallet) to send btc? 
Hi, dear bither user, you are able to modify the default tx fee in Bither Wallet( hot mode).
Go to Setting- Default Transaction Fee, you will find it as shown in the pic below:
But I suggest change this Setting to the fee box for easy changing it.
