Plagiarism? He got banned in this wave so it might be possible he did a few mistakes in the beginning?
I haven't seen him posting a ban appeal or at least starting a topic asking why he was banned and this is strange, although he might have done it via PM.

Anyway, it's weird we haven't had a few guys already trying to claim his spot, but it's still time.
