My favorite is probably mint chip.  I really like the milky way flavor from Ruggle's though.  There is also a place down the road from where I used to live that makes their own ice cream.  It is some of the best ice cream I have ever had.  I stayed away from the place for a while because one of the workers got their arm caught in the mixer and it was quite the bloodbath I guess.  After I was sure things had been sanitized enough I made my way back there.  The ice cream was still excellent!
