Yes, most gamblers will play games for their own pleasure with money that can lose. So it's about wasting money and time depending on how they play, if they play with money that can lose and play when they have free time, then they are only looking for fun that can be gotten from gambling.
Yeah it depends on their purpose actually. if they only play to get money, it is very possible that they will only waste their time, energy and money. for people who have fun in gambling then of course gambling is not a place to waste time

Yes, it completely depends upon the person who is choosing the gambling as for fun or for money making, for fun they won't bother how much they are loosing they will invest the very little amount into it. For the people, who wants to make money through gambling will lose most of the money due to wrong predictions they make.
