Usually, all team behind any project inform his community about the swap. You must follow them to be up to date, nobody will call you on the phone to remind you of it. Also, you can't expect from any exchange to take care of your tokens in your wallets.

Correct...

Also I cheked out this article and saw that my LRC where automaticly moved to the new ones without needing of doing anything, as explained there couse I had them on my NANO ledger so, whats the point now ?

When you send tokens to Bittrex? Check this:

Quote
As an abundance of caution, we suggest users do not move LRC balances starting from 6 hours before it begins (May 7th, 2019, 18:00), until it completes (May 8th, 2019, 24:00).

He did the transfer yesterday.

Possible you still have a chance to get your new tokens. If you hold your token in this period when they made a screenshot of the network, probably you will get new swapped tokens. In any case, your old token is worthless now.

He already has received them when the swap happened. Its just that it is not showing to him because he didn't loaded the new contract address in the MEW maybe?

Here is the new contract address of Looprings V2 : https://etherscan.io/token/0xbbbbca6a901c926f240b89eacb641d8aec7aeafd . Add it and send the transaction. Once you load you will see those 2250 5203 LRC tokens. You haven't lost them its just you didn't trasnfered the right coins.
