I wonder if we could really prevent people from falling into this kind of scam. Is it something possible to do? Or it purely depends on personal stuffs?
You can warn them, it is up to them whether they will listen or not.
I mean, can we really stop scammer from doing their actions, instead of just to make an allegations and burst them? Like, we don't give any chance for scammer to be exist here, and make this forum completely clean.
We cant stop scammer because they come with varieties of strategy which it cant be unravel early sometime but for us to eliminate or minimize them we need to work today and we need the forum moderators help either. I mean there should be a forum rules and regulation analysis for every new project before they are posted on the forum just like the exchange site do the IEO examination of every new project.
