As your rank is newbie, so you wouldn't be accepted by most of the bounty campaigns. You have to be at least Jr. Member to participate in bounties. Try to get at least one merit so that your rank is upgraded to Jr. Member.
there are several manager campaigns that still receive newbies to join in some of their campaigns. like social media, or articles that I think are a lot of managers who don't care about the rank of your forum. try joining a campaign that suits your abilities.
