I have a better plan (added to my Todo): I'll use my
recent scraper, and remove any user who creates a new post. That should work for most unbanned users.
If it is what you plan to do, next update with unbanned and reactive users might only be scrapped after next 60 days at least. I don't remember all recent unbanned cases, but most of them (as I remember) get at least 60 days of bans, simultaneously with year-ban of signature. Anyway, it is very creative idea to scrap data and automatically find wanted unbanned and reactive users. However, due to it is done automatically, so you surely can do this daily or weekly (if you have time to click on Run button of your codes)
