Apart from exercise, then should control your diet, we gain weight, because we eat junk-food and continuously we eating it then in the end, we have too much weight, so better to control diet then we don't need exercise. Mostly people who gain weight, they do it both, extra diet and don't like do exercise, so better it mostly do exercise, and apart from exercise then control diet.
