Use the blockchain gambling. Some Centralized gambling sites require KYC but this is not the case in almost all decentralized gambling platforms.
The mandatory KYC is imposed on the websites by their respective governments. These kinds of requirements are supposed to be minimal in crypto gambling.
This will be the reason that in the future that we lost our anonymity as KYC being required elsewhere. Even a simple registration will require to submit our picture, though it will be good so no more scammers but somehow, we are also risking our identity for it will possibly be used for their own benefits or using it into some illegalities.
