now the bitcoin has reached 8000$ and the altcoin is starting to move up. can this survive or there will be another fall. can this be said that the bear market is over?
The market has improved in terms of prices of most of the valuable coins yet it is not confirmed a bull market. Bitcoin has set the pace straight and now most of the altcoins are moving along with it. There is more probability that this upward movement will trigger the initiation of the bull run. I don't see another fall any time soon.
