Do you often participate in airdrops? What information will you care about? Is it on the exchange? What is the price of the currency? what is this else? What do you think the airdrop activities of the project are doing well?
Anyone will surely go for the credibility of the project, the team and the pay from the airdrop. I would not want a situation whereby airdrop will be asking me for KYC since I am not directly investing m because this has been one of the reasons why many people dont participate in airdrops or bounties again.
For airdrop, one will wonder how many KYC one has to do for the penny that one will be getting from them. That is why for a while now, I have not really been participating in airdrop except the airdrop has a project that I am convinced will have a real life working product or team that can be verified.
