if you want to loss weight be consistent what you do for weight loss
1) drink 2 glass of water in early morning empty stomach.
2) go for some yoga postures (google it)
3) Do Planks & Pushups.
4) eat healthy and clean (veggies & corn flakes)
5) be consistent & hydrated all day.
