Only IEO now gives some minimum guarantee that the project will be implemented or at least will be traded on some exchange.
it is only the IEO in the big exchange that guarantees the development of the project. after all the project will not develop if the developer does not update the best. The IEO is still at risk for me, does not provide any guarantees unless it has only been registered in exchange, that's all.
