Ask staff if they will allow you to visit the thread they removde. If they agreed, follow this:

1. Move the thread that you want to make inactive to 'Archival' section and lock it.
2. Add a link of your inactive thread to active thread saying 'additional vouches and reviews' or maybe something along these lines. Better if it's at the top of your OP for the users to see.
