Just contacted him and sent new tracking number: had some issues with express courier appointed for delivery.
Still waiting to receive these 2 weeks after being shipped and yet to receive tracking after multiple requests.

Did the tracking number ever register online, more so than "customer initiated tracking, waiting on delivery of item" ? It's easy to create a tracking number and not send anything. Hope this gets worked out.
