It was a popular site which was running on bankroll from investors that made investors happy with their returns but serial scammer Dean Nolan wanted more profit for himself so he closed down in December 2016 and returned investors money.
Then went down the ICO route in 2017 as it would mean he had control of the funds and there would be no audit... ideal opportunity to siphon-off funds.
The 2017 ICO is not even mentioned or referred to on the betking website

Fromm y point of view since the inception of Ico it seems he is doing everything in his power for it to fail.
