I do think bear market already turn to bullish run. Bitcoin already reach $8000 and ethereum price reach above $250. Its good start in 2019 and hopely bitcoin could reach $20k again end this year
early parabolic sessions are likely to occur this year, as happened 4 years ago. To reach a price higher than the previous highest price condition, indeed there must be a continuous price increase.
The steps I take are to focus on BTC first, and as soon as I start buying some altcoins, both of them will always be impulsive when bearish has begun to change patterns.
